Gilbert J. Munoz is a Certified Public Accountant who has over 30 years’ experience helping clients resolve their tax issues. He is also a Certified Tax Resolution Specialist. Gil graduated from the University of South Florida and joined one of the largest local CPA firms in the Bay area. He then went on to work for other well-respected names including American Express Tax and Business Services as manager of the Financial Audit Department and W. H. Simon & Company, P.A where he would represent individuals and businesses locally before the IRS and FL Department of Revenue. Gil currently focuses on IRS tax problem resolution for both corporate and individual clients, but also handling tax preparation, personal and business tax planning, delinquent returns, collections, liens, employment tax, audits, and levies.
Alan Fishman | Business and Tax Advisor
Alan Fishman, our Principal and Owner, has many years of financial experience. He is a member of multiple accounting related organizations, holding several certifications in the field. As a knowledgeable business consultant, Alan provides financial, tax, and operational advice to businesses of all types and sizes. He believes developing business plans, and entity structure, is an area of high interest and involvement. Past and current industry experience includes medical services, wholesale food distribution, professional services (architectural and engineering firms), restaurants (single and multi-unit full service, fast food and franchised stores), real estate (residential and commercial rental), ad-specialty promotions and manufacturing.
